MINIMUM ORDERS:
There is no minimum order at Surfmed
SHIPPING RATES WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES:
At Surfmed we offer free shipping on all orders that are over $99 within the
contiguous United States excluding: Wheelchairs, Lift chairs, Beds, Lifts and special orders
(for these items customer will pay for actual shipping charge quoted by the
freight company). Orders under $99 are subject to our standard flat rate of
$8.95 per order. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or best method.
FREIGHT LINE SHIPPING:
Large items on our free shipping exclusion list may require freight service.
Fees will be calculated based on the delivery location. When ordering an over
sized, custom, or special order item you must place a call to our customer service
department at 1-888-201-7873 so that we may provide you with the appropriate
freight fees.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All standard orders are shipped from our Miami Florida warehouse or shipped
from our various participating manufacturer facilities. The average order will
take 5 to 7 businesses
